Anytime I need them, Pull Partner Roadside Assistance always shows up in a quick and timely manner. This time I locked my keys in the car near Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena after stopping for coffee, and realizing it while standing in the parking lot honestly made my stomach drop a little. I stared through the window for a second hoping maybe another door was unlocked... definitely wasn’t. Called them expecting a long wait because traffic around the 210 was still a mess, but the driver showed up in about 25–30 minutes. Really friendly guy too he walked up smiling and said, “Pasadena mornings make everybody distracted.” He got the car unlocked quickly without scratching anything and even made sure the key fob was still working before leaving. Pricing felt fair honestly for same-day roadside help. Whole thing could’ve ruined my morning, but by the end I was mostly just relieved and laughing at myself driving away.

Timing chain let go on me on the 210 eastbound near the Rosemead Boulevard exit during the afternoon commute. Immediate noise and total loss of drive and I got the car to the right shoulder before the Arcadia interchange made that impossible. Traffic was fast and the shoulder was narrow and I was not comfortable sitting there long. Called Pull Partner Roadside Assistance and the dispatcher confirmed my location before I finished the exit number. She gave me a 31 minute ETA and told me to stay buckled with the door closed until the driver was directly behind me with his lights on. He came in 29. Had his lighting and reflectors set before approaching, loaded the flatbed efficiently on a tight 210 shoulder, and drove me to a shop on East Colorado Boulevard that could diagnose it the next morning. Off that 210 shoulder during afternoon rush in under 90 minutes. Pull Partner handled it fast and cleanly.
